This roof was for my parent's house, and my Dad is a Viet Nam veteran who served for 26 years altogether in the U.S. Air Force. Everyone at True Force Roofing did a fantastic job from the initial planning to the final walk-through with the city inspectors. The roof is beautiful and will be an asset for decades to come. Matt from True Force stood out during the bidding process. He conducted a professional assessment and provided a detailed, well-illustrated quote - a level of detail that no other bidder offered. Matt was the only bidder to look inside the attic. What really set True Force apart was their willingness to accommodate a specific request of mine - working with me on installing a new bathroom vent, something no other bidder facilitated like they did. Their quote was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, striking a fair balance between cost and quality, which gave me peace of mind. They completed all the work on my small house in just one day. I did have to follow up about the roof vent installation, but True Force handled everything professionally and resolved the matter to my satisfaction. Had water staining on my ceiling under chimney, but was unsure if from a current leak or a prior leak.... read more We were considering removal of the chimney if there was a leak. True Force was quick to make an appointment. Dave was super friendly and super honest. He inspected the roof/chimney, with no issues identified. Looked in the attic with no leak found. Honestly told us that everything was ok. I feel confident that other roofers would have gladly told me how much the job was going to cost instead of the fact it wasn’t necessary.

Team Goga A handsome man and his beautiful wife came to my home to fix a leak. Both were very professional and were a joy to work with. Was a joy to see a husband and wife work together and had I been by myself would have made me very comfortable. I had called so many companies about my leak and they only wanted me to replace my roof and not just fix the leak. Will definitely make this company my go to for any roofing work.

He even took a look in the attic to make sure there were no leaks from loose shingles. I would recommend Matt and True Force Roofing in a heartbeat.

Great to work with! Communication was easy, Matt was my consultant and he did a great job. I liked the updates provided throughout the project.

There was a long term unresolved situation on this old roof. Two men came to our house and repaired it IN THE RAIN! Thyanks Kevin and Carlos

Just passed inspection. Workmanship seems to have been very good. Work was done incredibly quickly. Very courteous. No extra surprise costs.

All of the True Force Roofing employees were polite, communicative, and punctual. They gave reminders and updates on arrivals, thorough estimates and answered all my questions in detail and without condescending tones. I found True Force to be approachable, professional, and trust worthy. They are an outstanding roofing company with INTEGRITY. I highly recommend Andrew and True Force Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair.
