When you fill out a form on our site, request an estimate, schedule maintenance, apply for a job, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the work you need. If you upload photos or documents, we collect those too.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting platform and analytics tools automatically receive standard web data: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, the site you came from, and similar technical details. This information is used to keep the site working, prevent abuse, and improve how the site performs.

Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, measure site performance, and show you relevant advertising on other websites you visit. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site, but some features may not work as expected.

Text Messages

If you provide your phone number through our website, by phone, or in person, you may receive text messages from True Force Roofing or our scheduling and CRM partners about your estimate, your project, appointment reminders, and follow-up service. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for help, or call (352) 758-7003. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive estimates or service from us by other means.

Bot Protection and Spam Prevention

Our website forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot detection tool that helps us tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. Turnstile runs quietly in the background when you submit a form on our site. Most of the time you will not see anything from it. If a submission looks suspicious, Cloudflare may show a brief challenge before letting the form go through.

When Turnstile runs during your visit, Cloudflare receives a small set of technical signals from your browser, including your IP address, your browser version and headers (User-Agent), a TLS fingerprint, and information about the page you are submitting from. Cloudflare cannot directly identify you from these signals, but they may qualify as personal data under some privacy laws.

For this purpose, Cloudflare acts as our data processor: they use the signals only to protect our site from bots and spam, on our instruction. Cloudflare also uses the same signals, separately, as a data controller, to improve their bot detection technology overall. Third-Party Services We Use

We use trusted third-party providers to run our business and our website. These providers receive only the information they need to perform their function, and they are required to protect it. They include:

• Webflow for website hosting and form handling
• Cloudflare for bot protection (Turnstile), serverless backend services, and traffic delivery
• Resend for transactional email delivery (estimate confirmations and form notifications)
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager for site measurement and advertising
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel for advertising measurement and audience building
• Microsoft, X (formerly Twitter), and other ad platforms for paid advertising as we use them
• Tecobi, AccuLynx, and similar CRM and scheduling tools for lead management and customer communications
• GAF and other manufacturer portals when warranty registration or rebate processing requires it
• Payment processors and financing partners when you choose to pay or finance through us

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

• With service providers and partners listed above, strictly to operate our business
• With manufacturers, warranty administrators, or financing companies when needed to complete a project you hired us for
• When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
• In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case any new owner is bound by this policy

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.

Data Retention

We keep customer information for as long as needed to service your project, honor warranties, and comply with our legal obligations (including tax, licensing, and insurance requirements). Marketing data is retained for as long as it remains useful for our advertising and analytics purposes, or until you opt out.
