What gets done, every time we are on your roof.

Nine standard service items on every visit, documented with photos before and after. Nothing gets skipped, nothing gets billed as an extra unless you ask for it.

Full Documentation

Photos of every elevation of the home and every roof slope before any work begins.

Complete Inspection

Full evaluation of flashing, penetrations, skylights, vents, and plumbing stacks.

Re-seal Where Needed

Any failing seals on flashing, penetrations, or accessories are re-sealed on the visit.

Caulk Joint Repair

Cracked or missing caulk joints are sealed before they turn into a leak path.

Debris Blow-Off

Roof, walkways, and driveways blown clear of leaves, limbs, and loose debris.

Light Branch Trimming

Light limbs touching or scraping the roof are trimmed back during the visit.

Skylight Cleaning

Every skylight present on the roof is cleaned as part of each scheduled visit.

Free Repair Estimate

If anything needs repair, you get a free written estimate with zero obligation.

One agreement.
Cancel whenever.

Your maintenance rate is calculated from the roof size, roof type, and site conditions on your estimate. Whichever billing path you pick, the coverage and service are identical.

Monthly Auto-Pay

Spread it across twelve months

Contract total divided by twelve. Billed automatically on the same date each month. Lightest impact on monthly cash flow.

Pay Once

Settle the year in one transaction.

Annual Term
Coverage runs for twelve months from your enrollment date.
Auto-renewal
If you are on auto-pay, the agreement renews on your anniversary unless you cancel.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time with a written request. No penalty, no fee.
Repair work
Any repairs identified on a visit are quoted separately and never billed without approval.
