La Crosse is northern Alachua County along US-441 between Alachua and High Springs. Quiet area, big lots, and your roof is the only thing between your living room and the next thunderstorm. We're used to rural access: gravel driveways, longer setbacks, tight spots for materials delivery. None of it is a problem.
Open-field properties catch the full force of storm winds without anything to break the gusts. We've replaced more wind-damaged shingles and ridge caps in this part of the county than we can count. Direct sun exposure also bakes shingles faster than in shaded neighborhoods, shortening their effective life by years.
The other thing we see out here is deferred maintenance. Life on a few acres keeps you busy, and the roof isn't top of mind until something goes wrong. By then, a $500 fix has become a $5,000 one. We'd rather catch it early.

Workers showed up bright and early and began working. I got hourly updates as to what stage they were at in the process. Roger, Austin and their team were professional and diligent. This is the first roof I have ever replaced and they made it a positive experience.

I was working on a short time table and Mr Dalton at True Force Roofing was able to accommodate me. I took advantage of their end of year pricing and was able to get a great roof for a great price. On Monday they sent out Mr Axel and his team and by mid Wednesday the roof was completed. They were clean efficient and quick. Now I have a metal roof that should outlast me.
